This retreat is specific for those who are widowed. We are creating this intentional space to honor the nuances of grief connected to the loss of a beloved partner.
Retreat Structure:
- Thursday: We will have dinner together starting at 5 PM. We will get acquainted with one another and review the schedule for Friday, Saturday, Sunday in more detail. We will be finished for the evening between 7:30-8 PM.
- Friday & Saturday: We will be on the carefarm and engaged in therapeutic activities starting at 9 AM and will wrap up both days between 4:30-5 PM
- Sunday: We will get started at 9 AM and be finished between 11:30-12.
The sacred space of Magnolia Harbor Carefarm creates a safe space filled with compassion, connection, and community alongside a special therapeutic support team: fellow bereaved humans that are also therapists, rescue animals who have their own story of grief and trauma, and the regulating space of the Carefarm property.
